TECHNICAL INFORMATION

  • The product consists of injection aluminum heads, extrusion aluminum body, special gasket set, and screw set for vehicles with screw mounting.
  • Since the product heads are produced with injection technology, they have a light and solid structure. The headboards are painted using the electrostatic painting method.
  • The product body is produced with the extrusion system and painted with the electrostatic painting method.
  • The product fits perfectly on the roof of the vehicle on which it is applied, thanks to the special gasket system used, vehicle-specific head molds and the main body bent according to the vehicle roof.
  • Intermediate records can be added to the product thanks to the channels on the main body of the product.
  • The product is installed in vehicles that have screwing slots on them, with screws and mounting equipment suitable for these slots, without the need for any drilling.
  • In vehicles that do not have a screw slot, the product is mounted to the vehicle by adhesion using glass silicone. Thanks to the injection aluminum heads, the product adheres to the vehicle completely, firmly and reliably.                
  •  Vehicle roof carrying capacity can be easily carried by using appropriate load carrying apparatus on products that are mounted with screws.              
  •  Products assembled by adhesion method are for visual purposes only and it is not recommended to carry loads on them.
