TECHNICAL INFORMATION
- High quality, durable pipe type step that can be applied to SUV-4×4, Pick-Up, Light commercial (Minivan-Van) and commercial group vehicle models.
- The product consists of a main body pipe and modular connection legs. The main body consists of 70*1.5 mm 304 quality stainless steel pipe, PVC steps and PVC caps.
- The PVC steps on the product are mounted to the main body by pressing method. In this way, the resistance in the step sections has been doubled and this area is twice as resistant to impacts such as impact, impact and pressure.
- Stainless steel pipe is polished with a 4-stage polishing process. Thanks to this process, the product does not lose any of its nickel value, while a homogeneous mirror-effect brightness and superior visuality are achieved in the product.
- While it gives a stylish appearance to the vehicle on which it is applied, it provides protection against impacts that may come from the side and bottom of the vehicle thanks to its strong structure.
- Modular connection legs are specially designed according to the original chassis holes of each vehicle. It is produced from a single piece of 6mm steel by laser cutting. All connection legs and screws are galvanized, eliminating the risk of oxidation.
- Product installation is done through the vehicle's original chassis holes, without requiring any drilling, cutting or welding on the vehicle.
- Production is carried out in accordance with ISO 9001 and TUEV standards, within the framework of the criteria determined by the Ministry of Industry.

I.Use & Maintenance Information
Although the product is produced using high-quality raw materials, it may be affected by environmental conditions. Regular maintenance can significantly eliminate such risks and guarantee optimal protection and a good appearance for a long time. Maintenance of the products is provided by regular periodic cleaning process.
Cleaning and Maintenance of Products
- It is recommended to clean the products once a week, taking into account environmental and air pollution conditions.
- Dust on the surface and parts adhering to the surface from the external environment are washed and cleaned. (In particular, no residue should be left on the stainless steel surface.)
- The surface is cleaned with neutral general cleaning products (detergent, soap powder) that do not contain chlorine or compounds, using a cleaning cloth, chamois, sponge or soft brushes.
- After cleaning is completed, the surface must be rinsed with clean water and dried.
- Abrasive substances that may scratch the surface should not be used during cleaning.
- Chemical cleaners containing petroleum (such as gasoline, gas, thinner) or corrosive caustic should never be used on copolymer plastic surfaces.
- Product cleaning should be done with synthetic cleaner neutral liquids using chamois cloth, sponge or soft brushes. Caustic, basic and acidic cleaners should never be used.
II. Matters to be taken into consideration during transportation
- Products must be transported in their original packaging. Although the packaging is designed to be resistant to impacts, the products should not be thrown away or quickly left on the ground during transportation and storage.
- Products must be received from the cargo or shipping company after the package has been opened and checked. In case of any damage to the products such as bending, bending, scratching or breaking, a damage report must be prepared by the cargo or transportation personnel.
- Our company is not responsible for any damage that occurs during transportation and storage.
III. Information on Installation
The installation of the product must be carried out in accordance with the installation guide instructions.

- Connection apparatus should be checked after being placed on the chassis.
- Before connecting the product to the vehicle, the connection legs must be installed on the product body and then connected to the vehicle.
- The connection legs have been galvanized and are resistant to rust. No operations (painting, cutting, etc.) should be performed on the connection legs.
- After all connections are completed, it must be checked that all connection screws on the vehicle and the body are tightened thoroughly.
- It is recommended to check the product's connection screws and tighten them every time the vehicle is maintained at the service, in case the product's connection screws become loose over time.
WARRANTY
- These products are guaranteed for 2 (two) years against chemical reactions such as discoloration and mold growth within the scope of proper care and usage conditions. If you encounter a problem as stated within the warranty period, you should apply to the authorized service from whom the product was purchased, along with this document (product sales invoice).
- The repair period of the product is maximum 1 month. The time spent in repair is added to the warranty period.
- The products are for accessory purposes only. It does not contain any warranty against transportation or impacts.
In the following cases, the customer's claims for free repair or free replacement under this warranty will be invalid.
- Bending, bending, scratching, crushing, breaking, etc. that may occur on the product as a result of a vehicle accident or external impact.
- Damages such as scratches, dents, breaks on the product as a result of stone splashes and the resulting rust or decay.
- Mold or rust problems that may be caused by industrial spills or external harmful factors (salt water, very dusty environment, bird droppings, etc.).
- Application of non-standard polishing, cleaning or abrasive chemicals on the product by the user as specified in the usage and maintenance instructions.
- Interference with the product other than the authorized company.
- Problems that may occur in the product as a result of natural disaster.
- Invoice issued by the authorized service or company.
